4chamba ("4chamba", "we", "us") operates a web based software service that helps candidates discover and match with remote jobs using automated and AI assisted matching, and provides tools for recruiters to post roles and review compatible candidates. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use 4chamba. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

4chamba surfaces job opportunities, fit scores, skill gaps, and related insights. These are informational and do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcome. Job listings may originate from third parties and we do not control or warrant their accuracy or availability.

We offer a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Premium). Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and are processed securely by a trusted third-party payment provider acting as the merchant of record. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. If a renewal payment is not completed by its due date, the account reverts to the free plan. Prices may change with prior notice. Changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

You agree not to misuse the service, including scraping or bulk extracting data, attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering, overloading or disrupting the service, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The 4chamba software, design, and content are owned by 4chamba. You retain ownership of the content you upload (such as your CV) and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4chamba is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for employment decisions made by you or any third party based on the service.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms or where required by law.
