Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
4chamba paid plans (Pro and Premium) are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly through a trusted third-party payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. When you cancel, you keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which the account reverts to the free plan and you are not charged again. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of a charge by emailing us at the address below with your account email and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through our payment provider. Refunds may be declined for clear abuse of the service or where required by applicable rules.
Disputes
If something went wrong with a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Most issues are fixed faster directly than through a payment dispute.
